Yacht Birthday Terms and Conditions

The booking is confirmed once the agreed deposit has been paid.

The booking details and the boarding point are sent after payment is confirmed.

The minimum booking duration varies with the type of yacht and the birthday package chosen.

The availability of the yacht, the date, and the time are subject to final confirmation at the time of booking.

All package details, decorations, and additional services should be checked before the booking is confirmed.

The remaining balance must be settled before boarding the yacht.

All prices are in UAE dirhams unless stated otherwise.

Any services or extras requested after the booking is confirmed, such as additional decorations, cake, food, photography, or water sports, may incur additional charges.

You must arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the trip.

The trip time starts at the time stated in the booking, and the duration is not extended if the customer or the guests arrive late.

The boarding point and contact details are sent before the trip.

All guests must carry their original Emirates ID or original passport when boarding the yacht, in line with the applicable requirements.

Decorations are prepared according to the package and the services confirmed at the time of booking.

Some details of the decor, the colours, or the items used may vary depending on availability.

Any special requests or additional changes to the decor must be agreed in advance and may be subject to extra charges.

If a birthday cake or catering is included in the package, it is provided according to the details agreed at the time of booking.

Guests may bring their own cake, food, and non-alcoholic drinks unless the package or the yacht instructions state otherwise.

We recommend telling us in advance about any special dietary requests or allergies.

The instructions of the captain and crew must be followed throughout the trip.

The captain has the authority to change the route or stop any activity if there is a risk to safety, or because of sea or weather conditions.

Parents and guardians must supervise children at all times.

Appropriate safety equipment is provided on board in line with the applicable requirements.

Children are welcome at birthday parties on board under the supervision of a parent or a responsible guardian.

The parent or guardian is responsible for watching the children and making sure they follow the safety instructions throughout the trip.

Swimming and water activities are subject to weather, sea conditions, and the captain’s approval.

The captain’s approval must be obtained before entering the water.

Water sports are carried out in line with the safety instructions and the applicable regulations.

Any activity may be stopped if the captain or the crew consider it unsafe.

The customer is responsible for any damage caused by misuse or deliberate behaviour by them or by their guests.

The yacht’s furniture, equipment, decorations, and property must be looked after.

Yacht Birthday Dubai – Toot Fun Yachts is not responsible for personal belongings lost or left on board.

Carrying or using drugs or any legally prohibited substances on board the yacht is forbidden.

Any behaviour that could put the safety of guests, children, crew, or the yacht at risk is also forbidden.

The captain has the right to end or stop the trip if a serious violation is committed or safety instructions are ignored.

Food and non-alcoholic drinks may be brought on board unless the package states otherwise. Guests may also bring their own alcoholic drinks for personal use and at their own responsibility, provided they comply with the applicable laws and regulations and with the yacht and marina policies.

Pets are not allowed on board the yacht.

The number of guests must not exceed the maximum permitted for the yacht booked.

Any additional guests beyond the yacht’s approved capacity may be refused boarding.

All trips are subject to weather and sea conditions and to the instructions of the authorities.

If the trip cannot go ahead for safety reasons or because of circumstances outside our control, the customer will be contacted about the options available for rescheduling or any other arrangement in line with the booking policy.

If a technical fault prevents the yacht from operating safely, a suitable alternative yacht may be provided, the trip may be rescheduled, or another suitable arrangement may be made depending on yacht availability and the circumstances of the booking.

All bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policy of Yacht Birthday Dubai – Toot Fun Yachts.

We recommend reviewing the cancellation policy before paying the deposit and confirming the booking.

Paying the deposit or confirming the booking is taken as the customer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions and of the details of the package and services chosen, as well as a commitment to follow the safety instructions and the captain and crew throughout the trip.
