Yacht Birthday Cancellation Policy

Trip cancellation

• If the booking is cancelled 72 hours or more before the trip, the customer is entitled to a refund of 80% of the amount paid.
• If the booking is cancelled less than 72 hours before the trip, the amount paid is not refundable.
• The 72 hours are counted from the departure time stated in the booking confirmation.
• Some services prepared specifically for the party, such as custom decorations, the cake, or special requests, may be non-refundable once they have already been ordered or prepared.

Changing the trip date and rescheduling

• The customer may request one free change of date or time, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the trip.
• All rescheduling requests are subject to the availability of the yacht, the date, and the time requested.
• If rescheduling is requested less than 72 hours before the trip, the change may not be available, and in that case the cancellation terms may apply.
• The same yacht or the same time slot cannot be guaranteed when a new date is chosen.

No-show or late arrival

• If the customer or the guests do not arrive at the time of the trip, the amount paid is not refunded.
• You must arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before the trip.
• The trip time starts at the time stated in the booking confirmation, and the duration is not extended because the customer or guests arrive late.

Cancellation by us

If the trip cannot go ahead because of circumstances outside our control, such as bad weather, maritime restrictions, instructions from the authorities, or a technical fault affecting the safe operation of the yacht, we will try to offer one of the following options:

• Rescheduling the trip to another date.
• Providing a suitable alternative yacht, subject to availability.
• Refunding the amount paid if no alternative yacht can be provided and the trip cannot be rescheduled.

Booking confirmation

• The booking is confirmed once the deposit or the required payment has been received.
• The booking details, including the yacht name, the date, the time, the boarding point, and the details of the birthday package and any additional services, are sent to the customer by WhatsApp or email.
• The customer must review the booking details and tell us of any error before the trip.
• If the booked yacht becomes unavailable because of a technical fault or an operational reason, a suitable alternative yacht will be provided or the trip will be rescheduled.
• If no suitable alternative or reschedule can be offered, the amount paid is handled according to the case.

Birthday decorations and custom services

A birthday package may include services that are prepared in advance, such as:

• Birthday decorations
• Balloons
• Birthday cake
• Food and hospitality
• Flowers
• Photography
• Gifts or special requests

Bookings during peak periods

• Bookings over weekends, public holidays, special occasions, and high-demand seasons may be subject to different cancellation or rescheduling terms.
• Any special terms will be explained to the customer before payment and booking confirmation.

New Year’s Eve bookings in Dubai

• All payments for New Year’s Eve bookings in Dubai, including birthday parties or special occasions booked on yachts on New Year’s Eve, are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the booking is confirmed.
• Special terms may apply to timing, the boarding point, and marina access on New Year’s Eve.

Private bookings and major events

• Some private bookings, or bookings during major events and occasions, may be subject to separate terms.
• The customer will be informed of any special cancellation or refund terms before the booking is confirmed and payment is made.

Acceptance of the cancellation policy

• Paying the deposit, or any amount to confirm the booking, is taken as the customer’s acceptance of the cancellation and rescheduling policy of Yacht Birthday Dubai – Toot Fun Yachts.
• We recommend reviewing all booking details, the package, the date, the time, and any additional services before making a payment.
