Start planning well before the date
The best slots in Dubai Marina go early, especially at weekends and around sunset. Fixing your date early means you choose the yacht and the time you actually want, rather than whatever is left.
Lock the date and time first
Sunset departures are the most requested because the light is perfect for photos. If birthday pictures matter to you, start about an hour before sunset.
Count your guests properly
The guest count decides the size of the yacht, not the other way round. A final list stops you paying for a bigger yacht than you need.
Agree the budget before the extras
Packages start from AED 1,000 for two hours. Set your ceiling first, then add services — not the reverse.
Choose the yacht that fits the group
Our fleet runs from a 40 ft yacht for ten guests up to 105 ft for ninety. The right choice is the one where everyone has a seat and the deck still feels open.
Small groups, up to 15
The Oryx 40 Ft or the Azimut 50 Ft suit an intimate party — close friends, family, a private feel.
Medium groups, 18 to 30
The Majesty 55 Ft, 66 Ft, or 70 Ft give you an indoor lounge plus deck space for music and dancing.
Large parties, 40 and above
The Gulf Craft 90 Ft, Italian 95 Ft, and American 105 Ft carry big guest lists without the deck feeling crowded.
Decide the decorations early
Decorations are prepared before you board, so the sooner the theme is settled the closer the result is to what you pictured.
Pick a colour first
One dominant colour plus one accent reads better on a yacht than five competing colours.
Balloons and the setup
Balloons, the theme, the cake, and the special setups are all customizable — say what you want rather than leaving it open.
Say it in writing
Send your reference photos with the booking. It is much easier to match a picture than a description.
Sort the cake and the catering
A birthday cake is part of the package. Food beyond that is an optional extra, and it is worth confirming before the day.

Get the day itself right

Arrive 15 minutes early
Bring your original Emirates ID or passport and your booking confirmation, and be there about 15 minutes before departure.
The clock starts on time
The trip starts at the time on your confirmation and is not extended if guests arrive late.
Ask about swimming
Swimming depends on weather, sea conditions, route, and the captain's approval, and is only allowed before 6:00 PM.
